We will send you a copy of the finished ad for your approval before insertion. Or, if you prefer, you may mail your prepared ads on a CD to the address provided on the Contact Page. Please provide the ad saved as either jpeg, tif, png, or Adobe document,300 dpi or better, and keep all text or other critical information within 1/4 inch of the edge. We reserve the right to edit for both content and size but if this is required, We will send you a copy of the revised ad for your approval before insertion. Sponsored Articles and Listings
These sponsorships will allow me to cover the printing cost of listings to the non-profits for free as well as provide entertaining and informative articles in The Tennessee Equestrian along with all of the listings and ads. You may contact me and request that the article you sponsor be in a particular category and I will do my best to accommodate your wishes. It will help if you make first, second, and third choices for the type of article (Breed, Discipline(often in interview form), Health & Well Being, Rescue Organizations & Non-Profit Groups, Travel, Tack and Equipment, Training).

There are benefits to sponsoring. If you sponsor an article (one to three pages) or a page of listings for Non-Profit Organizations such as Therapeutic Riding Stables and Equine Rescue Groups, you will receive a 1/4 page blurb, on the page or within the article (with non-profits' listings, also on the listings' web page), stating that your business sponsored it and giving information on your business and you will also receive a full page/full color ad for your business and, if your business has multiple locations, you receive a free listing for all of them or if you just have one location, you can list under up to three different categories. That is over $2000 in value just for the ads you get when you sponsor.

These are also being sold on a first come/first serve basis and will be removed once the available number of sponsorships have been met.

PAGE OF NON-PROFIT LISTINGS: $2,000

FULL SPONSORSHIP OF A 2 PAGE ARTICLE: $3500 Sponsors receive a full page/full color ad plus a 1/4 page ad within the article which besides advertising their business also says that they are sponsoring the article.

As stated above, contact me with your first, second and third choice on the subject of the article you wish to sponsor and I will do my best to accommodate your wishes.
PARTIAL SPONSORSHIP OF A 2 PAGE ARTICLE: $1,800

Both sponsors receive the quarter page blurb(4x5in.) but only a half page full color ad. Two sponsors per article. No choice as to the subject matter unless the two parties agree and the subject is available. One listing each under the category of your choice.
FULL SPONSORSHIP OF A 3 PAGE ARTICLE: $4500

Full page / Full color ad plus a 1/2 page ad within the article instead of 1/4.

FEATURED ITEM AD
We will be doing a Featured Items page for both tack and gifts for the horse owner. Ads are $600 each and will contain a photo (either send a photo or ship the item to us to be photographed, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance*), blurb about the item and contact information for your business. You can include up to three items if they fit the format; use your own judgement for this but I reserve the right to reject any item that does not fit the format or is not acceptable for any reason (I don't foresee this happening but, if it does, I will refund your money minus return shipping) so please send only your best work and highest quality items to be featured. Care will be taken with all items but neither I nor The Tennessee Equestrian nor GHD will be held responsible for any damage that might occur during either shipping or handling and photography of the item(s).
FEATURED ITEM AD: $600

1 to 3 items and if you ship to us for photography, you are responsible for the shipping and insurance.
